Company Overview

Part of RDF Television, our flagship formats include ITV’s hit quiz Tipping Point and Channel 4’s The Crystal Maze. As well as gameshows, we develop cutting edge formats of all kinds for a wide range of broadcasters. We also collaborate with a small number of external creatives (including some familiar on-screen faces!), combining talents to turn exciting initial ideas into extraordinary television.

We are part of the Banijay Group, the world’s largest independent content creation group for television and multimedia platforms – so we are perfectly positioned to convert UK successes into international smashes, and are also able to bring its hit shows from around the world to British audiences. Delivering dynamic, unexpected television, Fizz is the last word in effervescent entertainment.

Neale Simpson Creative Director

Neale comes up with lots of ideas for telly shows. Sometimes broadcasters agree to make them. Sometimes they don’t. Neale is always excellent at taking rejection however, and it is categorically untrue that he has a dartboard covered with commissioners’ faces next to his workstation.

Sarah Cawley Development Executive

Sarah joined Fizz and RDF in August 2020, coming from a background of both development and production at a range of indies and broadcasters. With a passion for TV that’s fun to make and watch, she’s done everything from big, silly gameshows to chat shows with talent. With a dark past in the performing arts and a penchant for comedy, it’s unsurprising she’s ended up coming up with entertainment telly shows for a living.

Art Sejdiu Development Producer

Before turning his professional attention to format development (across both entertainment and factual), Art not only appeared on multiple quiz shows (winning some of them!) but also hosted cult post-pub-politics YouTube channel Boozenight. He still makes time to be a voracious consumer of TV – and has, for example, watched nearly 50 series of Survivor to date.
