Neale Simpson Creative Director
Neale comes up with lots of ideas for telly shows. Sometimes broadcasters agree to make them. Sometimes they don’t. Neale is always excellent at taking rejection however, and it is categorically untrue that he has a dartboard covered with commissioners’ faces next to his workstation.
Natalie Jennings Development Producer
Natalie is an experienced entertainment producer who specialises in formats and content creation. Natalie’s credits include The Crystal Maze, What Would Your Kid Do? and Big Brother, as well as numerous large scale funded developments. Natalie’s show-must-go-on attitude means she can handle anything thrown her way and has an impressive success rate working with animals, robots, zombies, and even children.
Toby Smith Development Executive
Toby has divided much of his career between games-producing for prime-time shows (inc. I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, Red or Black?, and Britain’s Brightest) and entertainment development. He was lured into broadcasting back in the mid-nineties by a fun summer at The Big Breakfast, went on to be a BBC Production Trainee, and has since packed in the solid (PD-ing, live gallery producing, and edit producing), the surprising (producing a Chinese gameshow, directing a sitcom for Radio 4, filming in the underwater stage at Pinewood, etc), and the surreal (e.g. sparring with Romeo from the So Solid Crew live on CBBC – whilst dressed as a giant pork-pie).
Art Sejdiu Development Assistant Producer
Before turning his professional attention to format development (across both entertainment and factual), Art not only appeared on multiple quiz shows (winning some of them!) but also hosted cult post-pub-politics YouTube channel Boozenight. He still makes time to be a voracious consumer of TV – and has, for example, watched nearly 50 series of Survivor to date.
